With the guideline of vocational training in combine with job solution, on March 25th 2015, Dung Quat vocational college of Technique and Technology held the ceremony to hand-over high-quality human resource to enterprises in VSIP Quang Ngai and Dung Quat Economic Zone.

Participants in the ceremony included: 

As for state sector: Mr. Le Van Thai – Vice manager of vocational training division (under Quang Ngai Labour – Was invalid and Social Affairs Department); Mr. Dam Minh Le – Vice Chairman of Dung Quat Economic Zone Authority; 

As for enterprise sector: Ms. Bui Nguyen Thuc Khanh – Head of Marketing & Customer care Department - VISIP Quang Ngai, Mr. Huang Pen Yuan – Vice general Director of Vietnam King Riches Footwear; Mr. Le Van Dung – Director of OGS company; Mr. Tran Quoc Hoan – Manager of personnel Office of Hao Hung Quang Ngai Lmt. 

As for high schools: Mr. Nguyen Van Tu – Vice Principle of Tran Ky Phong high school, Mr. Le Van Bao - Principle of Nghia Hanh high school, Mr. Bach Ngoc Lam - Principle of Huynh Thuc Khang high school, Mr. Pham Ngoc Tho - Vice principle of Le Qui Don high school; Mr. Ho Tan Sy - Principle of Binh Son high school, Ms Nguyen Thi Kim Mai - Principle of Nguyen Cong Phuong high school.

As for the College: Doctor Nguyen Hong Tay – Rector and other members of rectoral Board and managers of relevant units; and especially, 301 graduated learners. Many paper agencies also jointed the event.

The technicians and workers were handed-over to enterprises  included 240 in footwear industry, 33 in welding technology, 22 in mechanical maintenance and 06 in industrial electricity. This was the result of “three side undertaking” (the college, enterprise and learners) that is in order to ensure the interests and the sustainable development of each side.

Opening the ceremony, Doctor Nguyen Hong Tay welcomed the participants and congratulated the learners who had just employed. He emphasized that is only the beginning step of the learners and they have to try their best to study and be better themselves.

At the ceremony, the minutes of hand-over human resource between the College and the enterprises were signed with the attendance of Mr. Le Van Thai and Mr. Dam Minh Le and all the learners.

Showing his deep gratitude to teachers and the College, Student Huynh Van Phong, on behalf of the handed-over learners gave thank speech. We promise to work hard, try our best to study, fulfill our duties at work and deserve to be the Dung Quat Vocational College of Technique and Technology students, said Phong.

The enterprises who received learners were grateful to the College for supplying local skilled human resource and expected to get more trained learners in the near future.    

Participating in the ceremony, Mr. Dam Minh Le fully appreciated the training and timely supplying human resource of the College to enterprises in VISIP Quang Ngai and Dung Quat Economic Zone. “I am in charge of training and developing the human resource of Dung Quat Economic Zone; the local labour market actually requires the skilled workers and technicians, just a small number of university level, so the career orientation must be implemented when pupils are still at secondary and high school, so that we can well arrange the human resource of our province”, Le shared.
