In the morning of June 24, 2015, the opening ceremony of the 4th Vocational teachers’ teaching festival - Quang ngai province, 2015 was held by Quang Ngai Labour - War invalid and Social Affairs Department at Dung Quat Vocational College of Technique and Technology.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Nhan – Director of Quang Ngai Labour - War invalid and Social Affairs Department participated and gave speech at the ceremony. He commended the candidates for their zealous enthusiasm and encouraged vocational teachers to continuously study and practice to improve their professional skill. The vocational teachers’ teaching festival is expected a good chance for vocational teachers in the province to exchange, share their teaching experiences and choose the new effective teaching methods to apply provincially.

Mr. Le Thanh Nam – Vice rector of Dung Quat Vocational College of Technique and Technology believed that via this occasion, vocational teachers could study. He stated that it is a great honour for Dung Quat Vocational College of Technique and Technology to be the host of this important occasion and it would try it best to meet the requirement of facilities for the festival.

According to the organization board, this teaching festival attracted the participation of 27 teachers from 7 vocational institutes in the whole province: Dung Quat Vocational College of Technique and Technology, Vocational college of Mechanic, Duc Pho vocational school, Quang Ngai Vocational School, Vietnam – Korean Vocational College, for Dung Quat high-tech welding Centre and Quang Ngai transportation training centre. The festival has taken place from June 23, 2015 to June 25, 2015. The competitors have to present the integrative lessons in such technical fields as: welding, metal cutting, Mechanics, Electricity, Electronic, Garment & fashion, computer science and driving training.

The teachers’ teaching festival is the opportunity for vocational teachers to promote teaching skills, develop their competences, encourage them in making technical initiatives, teaching methods … Besides, the organization board expects to choose typical lectures and teachers so that they can take part in the Teaching festival for vocational teachers nationwide at the end of this year in Danang City.
