In the afternoon of June 26th 2015, at Dung Quat Vocational College of Technique and Technology, the 4th Vocational teachers’ teaching festival - Quang ngai province, 2015 closed after 3 days’ competition. 

Participants in the closing ceremony included Mr. Nguyen Duy Nhan – Director of Quang Ngai Labour - War invalid and Social Affairs Department, representatives of all local vocational institutes and many vocational teachers.

This event was one of many activities held by Quang Ngai Labour - War invalid and Social Affairs Department to implement the vocational development strategy and raise the vocational teaching staff quality. This was also the foundation to choose lectures and teachers to take part in the Teaching festival for vocational teachers nationwide at the end of 2015 in Danang City.

According to the organization board, this teaching festival attracted the participation of teachers from 7 vocational institutes in the whole province: Dung Quat Vocational College of Technique and Technology, Vocational college of Mechanic, Duc Pho vocational school, Quang Ngai Vocational School, Vietnam – Korean Vocational College, for Dung Quat high-tech welding Centre and Quang Ngai transportation training centre. The festival has taken place from June 23, 2015 to June 25, 2015. The competitors have to present the integrative lessons in such technical fields as: welding, metal cutting, Mechanics, Electricity, Electronic, Garment & fashion, Computer science and Driving training.

There are 27 teachers participated in the Festival, 100% of them had result of more than 15 marks (marking scheme of 20) and were recognized “Excellent teacher” title. Many Vocational institutes confidently appointed young teachers to the Festival. However, with the well-preparing and good professional competence, all the candidates were the master of the teaching lessons and were effectively able to apply the simulation soft wares and multimedia tools ...

Awarded Commendation certificates for 05 teachers won second prizes​

After 3 day of ebullient competition, the 4th Vocational teachers’ teaching festival - Quang ngai province, 2015 closed with the sense of inquiring and creation. Board of examiners awarded 02 teachers first prizes, 05 teachers second prizes, 05 teachers third prizes and 06 teachers consolation prizes.

The teaching festival also awarded high scores for delegations, in which Dung Quat Vocational College of Technique and Technology delegation won the first prize. Vocational college of Mechanic delegation won the second prize, Quang Ngai Vocational School delegation won the third prize and Duc Pho vocational school delegation won the consolation prize.

Congratulating the vocational institutes and teachers who won prizes at the Festival, Mr. Nguyen Duy Nhan regarded the Teachers’ teaching festival as a solution to improve the quality of the provincial vocational teachers. He also encouraged the institutes in investing and training the teaching staff in order to supply the human resource for the industrialization, modernization and globalization.

The Teachers’ teaching festival was not only the occasion to evaluate the vocational training in the province but also the opportunity for vocational institutes and teachers to exchange and share professional experiences, new teaching methods.
